Appointments
We recommend reservations be made in advance. We accept cancellations up to 24 hours before the day of your scheduled reservation. Those canceling later than 24 hours or no-shows will be billed $45.00 per reservation. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals.

Policies
In order for everyone to experience a sense of calm and peaceful relaxation, we are a pager, cellular phone and smoke free environment. We will gladly credit your account for a returned product due to an allergic reaction after a proper review of the product. We require a credit card reservation to schedule a Pleasure Package appointment. We love your children, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate them. Returned checks are subject to a $15.00 fee. (Refunds for salon credit only. Sorry, no cash refunds.)

Our gift certificates are an ideal present for any special occasion or thank-you. We also have a unique and wonderful assortment of personal gift items.
